  1. The event

    • Halloween Night is an informal networking party organised by ISM master's students, for ISM master's students. The organiser is Minijus Savickas, an ISM Innovation and Technology Management student. It is an independent student initiative, not an official event of ISM University of Management and Economics.
    • The programme, including times and performers, may change. The line-up is announced closer to the night.
  2. Tickets & entry

    • A ticket is valid for one person. The price is shown after you register, before you pay. Your spot is confirmed once your payment is received and your QR ticket appears on your ticket page.
    • Your QR code is personal and can be scanned once. Don't share it: the first scan gets in.
    • The organisers and venue staff may refuse entry to anyone who is visibly intoxicated, aggressive, or breaking these terms.
  3. Refunds

    • Full refund up to 72 hours before. Contact the organiser by Tue 27 October, 20:00 (Vilnius time) and the amount you paid is refunded in full.
    • No refunds after that. From Tue 27 October, 20:00 onwards, tickets can't be refunded, including if you can't make it or don't show up.
    • If you're refused entry or removed for breaking these terms, your ticket isn't refunded.
    • If the organisers cancel the event, everyone gets a full refund.
    • To ask for a refund, message the organiser on WhatsApp (+370 605 60288) with your ticket number. The money goes back to the account you paid from.
  4. Safety & conduct

    • Respect everyone: guests, staff, performers and the venue. Harassment, unwanted touching, discrimination, threats or violence of any kind mean immediate removal.
    • Look out for each other. If you or someone else feels unsafe or unwell, tell the organiser or venue staff straight away. Don't leave a friend alone who's had too much.
    • Follow instructions from the organisers, venue staff and security, including in an emergency or evacuation. Keep emergency exits clear.
    • In an emergency, call 112, Lithuania's emergency number, then let the organiser know.
  5. Alcohol

    • Under Lithuanian law, alcohol is only served to people aged 20 and over. You may be asked for ID.
    • Drink responsibly and know your limits. Bar staff may refuse to serve anyone who has had too much.
    • Keep an eye on your drink and don't leave it unattended.
    • Never drink and drive. Plan your way home before the night starts.
  6. Photos & filming

    • A videographer will be filming and photographing the night. Photos and videos may be shared publicly, for example on social media, to show what the night was like.
    • By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed. If you'd rather not appear in a particular shot, tell the videographer on the night. To have a published photo of you taken down, contact the organiser.
  7. Belongings & venue

    • Keep your belongings with you. The organisers aren't responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.
    • Treat the venue with care. If you damage it, you may be held responsible for the cost.
  8. Your data

    • We store your name, email, programme, ticket number and payment status only to run this event: registration, payment and entry. We don't sell or share them with third parties.
    • Want your details deleted? Contact the organiser.
  9. Liability

    • You attend at your own risk and are responsible for your own behaviour and wellbeing. As far as the law allows, the organisers aren't liable for injury, loss or damage, except where caused by their own negligence.
  10. Changes & contact

    • We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
    • Questions, refunds or a safety concern? Contact Minijus Savickas on WhatsApp: +370 605 60288.
